Maisha L. Cannon is a Sourcing Leader with expertise in mentoring teams and cultivating creative strategies to attract exceptional talent.

Her unique approach to identifying, engaging and assessing talent has been refined by years of building teams at E! Entertainment, Verizon, LinkedIn, GitHub and Google.

Maisha serves on the SourceCon Advisory Committee and has shared her insights at Talent42, SocialHRCamp, ERE Media and HireConf. In 2015, she was recognized as one of the top three sourcing professionals globally in the World’s Greatest Sourcer competition. She is currently one of the top 10 finalists in the 2018 Grandmaster Challenge.

In her free time, Maisha documents her career trials and triumphs, produces a sourcing-centric YouTube series, and daydreams of moving to a tropical island with strong Wi-Fi and opening a smoothie stand.
