Michael Lake from L’Oréal, the world’s largest beauty company, will talk through the steps involved and the learning gained from a global project at L’Oréal to assess, benchmark, and rebuild its  Management Trainee Program right from assessment and recruitment through to development. The presentation will also include a look into tech solutions (such as virtual reality, artificial intelligence, and gamification) that L’Oréal is using to assess, screen, schedule, and engage candidates for increased efficiency, better candidate fit, and an enhanced candidate and recruiter experience.
