What they do have in common is that they are companies who have embraced vulnerability to better connect with their audiences.

In a world introducing more and more tools every day built around connecting with others, it somehow seems harder to make genuine connections with people. We can all tweet, throw up a funny Facebook post, or have LinkedIn share an informative blogpost -- but why are we building meaningful relationships with our audience?
