Sean Rehder is director of recruiting operations at Universal Music Group (UMG), the world’s leading music company, where he is responsible for the development and implementation of recruiting strategies for the organization in partnership with the talent acquisition leadership team. 

Prior to joining UMG, Rehder worked as for nearly 10 years as a consultant where he developed CRM-based recruiting and workforce programs for companies like Genentech, Electronic Arts, Andreessen Horowitz, and many more.
