Steve Crider has gained significant experience in progressive talent acquisition and recruiting roles at some of the world’s leading companies over the last seven years.  Former a senior recruiter with McKinsey & Company’s New Ventures group, his primary duties involved attracting and engaging experienced technology and analytics talent using cutting-edge sourcing and branding techniques.

Prior to joining McKinsey, he led the recruiting efforts for multiple client groups at IQVIA (formerly QuintilesIMS / IMS Health) and led high-visibility projects around sourcing and early talent. He began his career in recruiting at a niche technology staffing agency and helped the company double in size and revenue in his first two years.

He began his professional career as a director and consultant in the sports administration / media relations world after graduating college in three years and becoming the youngest full-time director of sports unformation at any college or university in the country at age 21. An active contributor on LinkedIn with more than 35,000 followers, he publishes frequent articles and videos that have received nearly 20 million views.

A native of central Pennsylvania, he lives in the Philadelphia area with his wife, Amy. He received his Masters degree from Drexel University and is an avid writer and sports connoisseur.  He also authors a personal blog called Workforce Awakening, with the goal of inspiring, educating, and empowering our current and future workforce.
