Tom is a national leader in the HR profession.  He served as President of SHRM-Atlanta in 2006 and 2007, Board Chair for the SHRM Foundation, Inaugural Board President of the Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals (ATAP), Founder of the Atlanta HR Prayer Breakfast and Founder of the TAG Recruiting Society.  In 2015, Tom received the SHRM-Atlanta Lifetime Achievement Award for his contributions to the profession and to SHRM-Atlanta.  Since 1999, Talent Connections has placed over 1500 HR leaders in full time and contract roles and since 2009, Career Spa, LLC has helped several thousand people optimize their career management.
