Scott is the Director of Talent Acquisition at Teradata, a global data and analytics technology company. He has been leading talent acquisition teams and strategies for over 10 years and started his recruiting career within a staffing environment where he was the top revenue producer nationally.

Deeply passionate about the recruiting profession, Scott is devoted to seeing the people within it set a standard of excellence that positively impacts all who we serve.  

He is an Advisory Council Member for ATAP (Association of TA Professionals), a 2-time CandE Award winner, and is a recognized speaker on Candidate Experience, Recruiting Operations, and Strategic Talent Acquisition Initiatives.
