He is the former Head of Global Talent Acquisition at rapidly-growing startups Twilio and Glassdoor. Prior to that, he held recruiting leadership roles at enterprise software leaders VMware, SuccessFactors and SAP.

Before he fell in love with the world of recruiting, Will spent a decade in sales and digital marketing during which time he honed his talent for leveraging new media and web marketing to achieve success. This gave him a unique skill set that he continues to apply to talent acquisition today.
